This is a blog post to reveal the scam by a lady in various place of Chennai with different people.
She made the commitment of sending that cooking maid for the monthly salary of Rs.5,000/- As per terms, she asked a broker commision for the manpower. I am really doubtful to give money to the unknown lady but she was very friendly and very communicatively with my family member. She asked commission Rs.5000/- but I think myself cleaver and gave Rs.2500/- as advance and stating to give remaining amount after few days.
On payment receipt, she gave the below invoice/receipt, which have all invalid data such Company Name, Address, Phone number etc.
I have sent multiple threatening SMS, then she picked my call and informed me that she was falling from a bike and not feeling well bla bla.. lies.
I started calling her every day, she will scold me like anything.
After sometimes, she started calling me and started kidding me. It was very surprising.
After a couple of days, I received a call from Thirumullaivoyal police station from Sub Inspector Seram from mobile number +91 9841364718 and asked me to visit directly to discuss more as he don't have time to listen to my complaint on phone. Since I am going to office I am not able to visit on weekdays.
Finally weekend, I am on the way to Police station with 20+ print out containing all the proof of her scams, her manpower names, her phone numbers, her fake address and her previous scammed people details.
After few hours, I received an email and sms stating that my case is 'DISPOSED'
I am not expecting my money, my untimate aim is to stop that lady from further scam and giving her a punishment.

Based on my requirement of cooking maid ad posted on Suleka website, a lady with fake name Amul from 'Maheshwari Manpower' with one cooking maid.She made the commitment of sending that cooking maid for the monthly salary of Rs.5,000/- As per terms, she asked a broker commision for the manpower. I am really doubtful to give money to the unknown lady but she was very friendly and very communicatively with my family member. The Scam
On next day, the cook didn't come. I almost understand it was a scam. I was calling that lady continuously, she is not picking the call. Online Police Complaint
After many days, I thought of making police complaint and I made it online from this TN Police website portal: http://www.tnpolice.gov.in and my case number is 'IUT1812241'. My case was forwarded to Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai police station and no action taken.After a couple of days, I received a call from Thirumullaivoyal police station from Sub Inspector Seram from mobile number +91 9841364718 and asked me to visit directly to discuss more as he don't have time to listen to my complaint on phone. Since I am going to office I am not able to visit on weekdays.
Good Progress in Case
On weekend, I received a call from lady police named Punitha from Thirumullaivoyal police station from mobile number +91 9003102432. She discussed about full details of this scam and that lady. I also made a conference call between lady police Punitha and that fraud manpower lady. Audio recording available.Finally weekend, I am on the way to Police station with 20+ print out containing all the proof of her scams, her manpower names, her phone numbers, her fake address and her previous scammed people details.
Expectation
After reaching the police station, they gave a paper and asked me to write something on paper. They didn't asked me anything about the case. I started writing as they stated on completing the paper I come to know they are not taking action, they are trying to close the case. Core subject of that document is 'Police try to find that lady, but unable to find. Thanks for police'.Real Status of TN police
After reaching home, I received a call from lady police and she told 'You kept from document her come and take'. And it was my 20+ page proof of that scam. They don't even think about my case.After few hours, I received an email and sms stating that my case is 'DISPOSED'

Same is the case happened with me Mr. Arvind. I am not from Chennai, lots of language issue. So thought of hiring maid. Got call from Sulekha and this happened. I didn't got any refund from Sulekha neither any help from Police. Read your blog. I will also file online complaint. You can call me on 7338821915. We will discuss.

ReplyDeleteI had placed a request for maid services in Sulekha on 24.12.2018.
After registering got a call from a person called nasriya from tiruvanmiyur. On reaching my house she said her name was Priya form guidy when i remarked she was looking like a hindi.she said she converted from a musli. All lies.Priya who brought a maid and after convincing took advance of 2500 as 50 % advance .For the next day not picking up calls.
Her phone no is 73583 35384.

It is obviously fake as the address looks fake and the form also is fake and copy as in the previous complaints in Sulekha i found the same letterhead just now..The mistake is that i did not confirm or cross check the address and aadhar detaiils before payment.Looks like this is the modus operandi to collect phone numbers from sulekha and call on people and collect money.
i have attached the forms she gave me.I noticed today it is the same as the copied letterheads in some other complaints about sulekha complaints except name is changed on top.
Sulekha has the responsibility to send us the agencies numbers to which they are forwarding our phone numbers.This was not done and i did not receive any SMS toof agency numbers.Sulekha has to share the details to see if we can trace the culprits.The security of the customers is at stake as anybody, any criminal can get access to our address and phone number.Sulekha is accountable to release the numbers of the agencies whome they have shared our contact numbers.
People be careful with agencies contacting through SULEKHA.
On checking the net i found so many complaints about her and one person had posted her image too.it is this lady called AMUL ONLY.I am also trying to check my cctv if i can grab an image of her.
